If Your Torch looks like Any Of Theses Its Not p-80
If everything just pushes in PT31 /LG40
If both parts screw in but it’s a smaller torch AG60
If the tip sits on the ceramic → SG51
How The p-80 Is set up
The electrode screws in
The cutting tip screws in as well
They’re almost the same shape
The electrode sits neatly inside the tip once they’re in
Then the ceramic cup goes over the top and screws on
But it’s not holding the parts in
The electrode and tip are already screwed into the torch
What’s different with these
You’ll spot it straight away
The tip and electrode look very similar
They sit close together once they’re in
There’s no separate swirl ring
That’s built into the torch
